Callback Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we use the details you give us when you request a callback about Offer Manager.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your restaurant or business name, your contact name, telephone number and email address.
• Anything you choose to add in the message box.
• Details of the campaign link you used, such as the campaign name or source, if the link included them.
• A reference number and the date and time of your request.

To help prevent abuse, we use your IP address to limit repeated requests. We store only a scrambled version of it, for a short time.

This page and our Offer Manager page do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your callback request and to talk to you about whether Offer Manager is right for your restaurant. We do not use them to add you to a marketing list.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.

Who receives it

Your request is sent by email to our team. We use service providers to run our website and email, including our website hosting provider and Google, which provides our email sending service. They handle your information to provide those services to us.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. You can ask us for more information about this.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We aim to keep enquiries that do not become customers for 12 months after our last contact with you. This is a manual review, so deletion is not automatic. We may keep information for longer if we have a good reason, such as an unresolved complaint or a legal claim.

We keep a separate record of each request's reference, the page and campaign used, and whether it was delivered. That record does not contain the details you entered.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, and ask us to correct it or delete it. In some circumstances you can also ask us to restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or transfer it to another organisation.

To use your rights, email privacy@web4budget.com. We normally reply within one month, and there is normally no charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please contact us first at privacy@web4budget.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome.
