What this policy does not cover
This policy covers cookies and similar technologies only. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us through forms, bookings and email.
The Offer Manager pages have their own privacy notice.
Your choices
Google Analytics is optional. It stays off unless you accept it.
When you first visit, we ask you to choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics. We save your choice in this browser for 180 days, and it applies to web4budget.com and its subdomains. After that, or if we need to ask again, you will see the same choice.
You can change your mind at any time:
If you reject analytics or withdraw your consent, we turn Google Analytics off and remove its cookies from this website. If it was already running, the page reloads without it.
If your browser cannot save your choice, analytics stays off and we may ask you again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies below, forms and sign-in may not work.
Cookies the website needs
These cookies are not part of your analytics choice. They are only used for the purposes shown.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
w4b_consent |
Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. | 180 days |
PHP session cookie, normally PHPSESSID |
Set when you send the contact form, confirm a booking or open a proposal link. It supports the contact form and proposal pages, and protects the booking form against forged requests. | Normally until you close your browser |
auth_token |
Keeps clients and staff signed in. You will only have this cookie if you sign in. | 8 hours, or 30 days if stay-signed-in is used. Your session can end sooner if you are inactive or sign out |
flymanage_remember |
Keeps you signed in on this browser. We do not currently offer stay-signed-in, so this cookie is not currently set. | 30 days |
Cookies beginning flymanage_tvi |
Confirm that you have verified your identity for a specific step. You will only have these cookies if you complete that step. | 60 minutes at most |
Optional analytics cookies
If you accept, Google Analytics helps us understand how our website is used. Google Analytics is provided by Google. Our website tells Google Analytics not to use Google Signals or ad personalisation.
Google Analytics does not load, and does not set these cookies, until you accept. Browsers can shorten how long these cookies last, and Google lets website owners change it.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
Distinguishes users. | 2 years by default, according to Google |
_ga_<container-id> |
Keeps track of your session. | 2 years by default, according to Google |
Other services
Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the form against spam and abuse. It loads when you open the contact page, before you make any cookie choice, and it checks your submission when you send the form. Your analytics choice does not change this.
Google says that reCAPTCHA sets a cookie called _GRECAPTCHA to provide its risk analysis. Google controls this cookie. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Fonts and icons
To display our pages, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs, a Cloudflare service. These providers receive your IP address when this happens. This does not depend on your analytics choice.
Browser storage
Some pages save small amounts of information in your browser. We do not send this stored information to Google Analytics. However, if you accept analytics, Google Analytics records the addresses of the pages you visit. These addresses can include details from the link you followed, such as a package you chose.
- Booking page: if you arrive from a package link, your browser remembers the plan and service you chose until you close the tab.
- Client sign-in: your browser holds your email address during sign-in until you close the tab, so that you do not need to enter it twice.
- Demo booking apps: your browser holds the details you enter in a demo until you close the tab.
- Staff tools: your browser remembers your display theme, whether you dismissed the install prompt and QR scanner settings. Installed staff apps also save some files for faster loading. This stays until you clear it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we use cookies changes, and we will change the date at the top.
